The colors and DOF give the image some presence, rather than being simply two-dimensional. The composition is fine as well.

personally, i liked the moodiness of yesterdays shot better. this one seems too bright, too centered. love the colors...

A beautifully composed shot, Melissa. I love the way the eye is drawn along to the tiny little droplet at the bottom of the frame. Your softly focused background is a perfect backdrop for this contrast of reds and greens. The shot very definitely has "presence" as GJC describes so well above. Very nice!

i like the tones and framing a polarizer would remove the excessive light and those reflexions on the berries.
