Beautiful early autumn color here, Melissa, and you've capture it so well with that gorgeous reflection. Nice frame to set it off as a more formal landscape portrait. Beautiful symmetry and light…very nice!

I love mirrored reflections, and you do this great justice. A stunning shot, well done. The framing also has a big impact on the picture.

@Wysterior: Yeah, I was surprised too when I read the sign. It seems like an odd name. And let me tell you, there's nothing shocking about it. ;) It's just a small lake that the locals use to fish.

This makes me wish it was Fall. Great eye. I love the colors and the reflection. Were you in a canoe? I don't see much of a wake!

@Edward James: Our leaves turned much later in the season than usual. I'm hoping that this year I'm able to set up this same shot, but when the leaves are at their peak.
I wasn't in a canoe...There was a small pier there that I used to set up my tripod. Thanks, Edward. :)
