Since Spring isn't here in Indiana just yet, I decided to cheat. ;) I visited the Botanical Conservatory in Fort Wayne yesterday (Thursday). It was wonderful to see some real flowers for a change. Unfortunately, I don't remember what these flowers are...next time I'll photograph the signs separately so I won't forget.
This looks like an orchid. I love your DOF…really focuses attention on the point of interest, there, in the front. You work so well with that 50 mm lens…you're a master of the 50 mm. Spring will be here soon…take heart!
