I've processed this in sepia, b&w, and cross-process...and yet I still come back to the original...
These old cars belong to a friend of mine. Her husband collects and restores them...these are some of the leftovers. I found that photographing cars is much more challenging than it looks. I applaud those who make it look so easy.
March 2008.

The juxtapositions of the headlight shapes is great. Lovely light, gorgeous colour.

@Richard_Irwin: Thank you so much, Richard. Your kind words are very much appreciated.
Excellent composition. The details on the front car are wonderful...the soft focus on the rear car gives wonderful depth!

I like this shot a lot : nice DOF, nice details, and old rusted cars are always interesting.

@danthro: Wow, I didn't realize I even had a particular "style", but I'll take it as a compliment...I think. ;)
You have excelled yourself here . . that light looks so thick even a breeze wouldn’t blow. Amazing atmosphere to the scene.

@Ronnie 2¢: Wow, thanks, Ronnie. I always appreciate your insightful comments.
You do have a style, I think anyway. it is a compliment, well, I like it anyway. but I'm not sure how to articulate what it is, i just recognize it when i see it.

@danthro: No one has ever said that before, so I was a little taken aback...heck, all this time I've just been winging it. lol Thank you very much for the compliment. I'm glad you like it. :)
