@Jen: Yeah, I'm sure I looked pretty silly taking these photos. For 90% of these shots, I was lying on my belly...real attractive, let me tell you. lol :)

it's Mr. W. again, but this time he's holding a golf club instead of a camera; if i were to guess i would say this is a more natural habitat for him of the two ;)
i like the way the shadows create sort of horizontal lines across the photo and the line between James W.'s head and the golf ball sort of intersects that and pulls the eye in the other direction.

Love this, Melissa ... the composition, colors and DOF are terrific. You know (referring to MaryB's comment) I knew that golfers stood back to survey the slope, but your shot really illustrates that point so well. As Edward james says "great story telling image" ... it really does tell the story. Your last three images have been killer ... love the crop ... love the color ... love the DOF ... and I love that you were willing to tag along.
